We have made every effort to ensure that the colours shown throughout the content of the website are as accurate as current technology will allow. Please be aware that discrepancies can occur depending on individual monitor settings and graphic cards.
Due to availability and manufacturing, colours and products may be slightly different to those shown on the web site. We will endeavour to make the product as close as possible to the one shown.
Where reference is made to Gold and Silver, it is our intention to convey the colour of materials used only. The terms Gold and Silver do not in any way, unless otherwise stated, refer to the actual precious metals of same name.

All our fascinators come with a lifelong guarantee and if it becomes damaged, we shall endeavour to make repairs free of charge. This guarantee only covers general wear and tear or problems with original manufacture. It is voided if we believe the damage does not fall within these boundaries. It is also voided if any changes or additions have been made and the fascinator differs from the original product purchased.
Fascinators by design do not accept responsibility for costs incurred for transit of your fascinator and should you choose to use this service the cost of the return delivery must be paid for in advance before repairs are undertaken.
